INFO & BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

Molino del Rey has a total of 17 beds. 7 twin rooms & 1 single room in the main house, all with bathrooms & balconies, plus a very beautiful addition, the twin "dome" room. This accommodation has its own private garden, separate bathroom & 2 x WC's, all set in an exclusive little environment, away from the main living area. Our Spanish neighbours offer private, but simple accommodation within a few minutes walk from our centre, if needed.

Our seminar hall (100m²) has been purpose-built, and is well equipped for holding all kinds of seminars, and has fantastic accoustics. We have installed high quality double glazing & insulation to ensure e.g. perfect stillness for meditation etc.
A huge window in the yoga hall gives a permanent view into one of the caves. A "secret" glass doorway in the hall opens up into even more wonderful caves, which are becoming quite famous for meditation, healing, drumming, singing etc. The caves are not only impressive, but also provide the hall with natural 'air conditioning'!

Please note that Molino del Rey is a private house and not classed as a hotel. Our pool, kitchen & restaurant are not public areas! It must be stressed that we are hiring a private house to a teacher or organization, and that the use of the above facilities is strictly on a private basis only. For official purposes, we are renting our private home, with its facilities, plus help in the kitchen, and cleaning personel. To officially upgrade the venue as a public place i.e. hotel etc., would increase dramatically the low price we try to maintain!

With only 9 inhabitants, our little valley is usually very peaceful, and during the week we are very much alone. Normally only on weekends and fiestas do Spanish owners of the surrounding houses come to visit our hamlet, and Spanish being Spanish, the valley becomes a little more "lively". As from Sunday evening, we are again left much to ourselves. If courses involve loudness or music, we do ask teachers to please ensure that all windows in the hall are closed, thus ensuring that the few neighbours not be disturbed by us.

The next village of Alozaina (4km) is the nearest place for shops, banks, restaurants etc.
For this reason, just about all of our clients arrive by car-hire. We can arrange cars to be waiting for you at Malaga airport. Please note that it is often more expensive to arrive by taxi, than hire a car for the entire week!

The nature reserve "Sierra de las Nieves" all around us offers wonderful walking adventures in the still undiscovered countryside, and the whole hamlet is riddled with caves for the more adventurous guests ! Excursions to e.g. Ronda, Malaga, Marbella, El Chorro Gorge etc. are a must!

Arrival & departure days are Sundays. Normally rooms are ready for you by around 1400hrs. We request that rooms be vacated at 1000 hrs on day of departure for preparing the next group.
Sauna (min. 2 pers.) 6€/pers for 2 hours.

Anthony's wife Lidiya who has Siberian ancestors, makes her own oils from herbs & plants found here in our valley (Such as Rosemary, Lavander, Rose, Mellisa, Peppermint, Lemon, Orange Flower etc.,) as well as unobtainable ingredients, regularly sent over from her homeland.
They help her in opening & stretching the body, increasing blood & lymphatic circulation, and balancing the flow of energy from head to toe.
 She offers OIL MASSAGE, HOT STONE MASSAGE, THAI MASSAGE, FOOT MASSAGE AND JAPANESE FACIAL MASSAGE, in the centre's therapy room
